Astigmatism
- Definition: Astigmatism is a condition in which an abnormal curvature or the cornea can cause two (2) focal points to fall in two (2) different locations making objects up close and at a distance look blurry.
- Symptoms: Astigmatism may cause eye strain and may be combined with near-sightedness or far-sightedness. It can start in childhood or in an adult.
